System Engineering:
Job entails review and analysis of systems engineering design and system architecture through all phases of DoD/Army product life cycle including technology development, demonstrations, prototype development, test and evaluation, sustainment, and disposal. Assist in design & development of hardware & software for new integrated systems or upgrades to existing systems. Assist in conducting lethality & performance analysis of selected systems. Conduct modeling & simulation analysis to quantify the capability of selected systems to meet both technical & operational requirements. Facilitate IPTs, management off sites, working groups, & audit teams.
Analyze & develop engineering processes & provide recommendations to improve those processes. Provide technical analysis, & recommendations for the development of training materials & of operational doctrine & techniques. Provide engineering management support for configuration management, budget development & monitoring, & technical logistics interface. Attend IPT meetings, researching & presenting recommendations for proposed technical solutions, & attend vendor meetings to review program status & recommend revisions to the programs as necessary. Assist in developing pre & post-contract award cost models & analyzing projects for cost, schedule, & performance risks. Provide Lean Six Sigma process analysis & optimization consulting.
Requirements and additional information:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience within a relevant engineering DoD/Army product area.
- BS Engineering degree is required with a Masters degree preferred.

Security Administration Specialist:
Position entails monitoring network traffic/messages and then preparing reporting and maintaining a log based upon any incidents. Individual must be able to coordinate and manage recurring reporting with minimal error. The individual must also serve as a central contact regarding specialized tasks and program tracking and must be in communication with Senior Positions as needed. Position requires excellent communication, organization and time management skills as well as solid quantitative understanding and reasoning. Individual must be able to obtain DOD Secret Clearance.

Contract Software Engineer
The candidate must have a Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Minimum of 7 years of software development experience that must includes 5 years experience in embedded software design, development and testing. Working experience with C, C++, VS.Net, and Mathlab. Mastery knowledge of the communication protocols and interfaces such as RS232, TCP/IP and USB. Experience in developing and integrating with hardware for image and video capture and processing. Familiar with TI’s MCU, DSP and ARM processors. Knowledge of Linux, Windows and RTOS varieties such as uC, RTLinux, Monta Vista Linux, and/or Window CE. Must be independent, self directed and capable of full projects development life cycle. Experience in Database design and modeling is a plus. Must be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
